With over two decades in holistic skincare and wellness, Christina created Vitality as a sanctuary for healing the senses within the peaceful walls of her spa. As her journey deepened, her passion evolved. She felt a calling to take wellness beyond the treatment room and into the wild —to breathe it into open skies, mossy trails, and the rhythm of the earth itself - where nature, movement, and restoration meet.
This evolution gave rise to Barefoot Circus: a bold, nature-rooted weekend retreat that blends adventure, ritual and play. It’s an evolution of everything Christina stands for—where the spa meets the forest, the sacred meets the silly, and the human experience is fully, joyfully felt.
Inspired during long barefoot hikes and fueled by her love for movement and healing, Christina continues to explore and share spaces all over the world where crystal mining, water float therapies, fire ceremonies, breathwork journeys, zipline flying, yoga, mindful dance movement and soul-nourishing rituals exist together in wild harmony —all rooted in the five elements, designed to awaken your sense of wonder.
